Hans and Cay Jacobsen Foundation

Dedicated to helping disadvantaged, underprivileged, and at-risk children receive greater access to education, healthcare, and recreational programs, and enjoy opportunities for cultural and personal enrichment

About Us

Since 1990, the Hans and Cay Jacobsen Charitable Foundation has been dedicated to helping disadvantaged, underprivileged, and at-risk children receive greater access to education, healthcare, and recreational programs, and enjoy opportunities for cultural and personal enrichment. The Foundation is also committed to supporting civic causes primarily affecting the communities of Lake County and Sumter County in Central Florida.

Created by Cay Jacobsen to help fulfill the dreams she shared with her husband Hans, the Foundation is overseen by a Board of Trustees whose commitment is to find and fund those programs and organizations promoting  the Jacobsen’s passion and vision.
